Emphasys Centre operates in the last 28 years as an Education, ICT Training, Research and Development Centre. Emphasys is a leading organization for the coordination, management and implementation of Research Projects under various programmes e.g. Erasmus+, CoVE, Alliances of Innovation, Capacity Building in VET, AMIF, CERV, Creative Europe. It has a well-established network of organisations, both in Cyprus and in Europe, aiming to promote the EU policies related to the digital transformation, green transition, sustainable development, social inclusion, human rights etc.&nbsp;Emphasys is seeking to hire an ambitious EU Project Manager to join a team of diverse young professionals, working in an energetic and supportive environment where he/she will be inspired, challenged and rewarded!&nbsp;The Project Manager will be required to:<ul><li>Implement, manage and coordinate EU-funded research projects</li><li>Conduct literature and fieldwork research (interviews, survey research, focus groups etc.), prepare reports and/or develop content in various forms (e.g. training material) ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery</li><li>Organise and participate in F2F and virtual training, seminars, webinars, workshops and other activities</li><li>Manage communication with stakeholders, consortium partners and internal teams</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations/ speeches</li><li>Contribute in the preparation of grant applications, tenders and research proposals under various programmes/calls e.g. Erasmus+, CoVE, Alliances of Innovation, Capacity Building, AMIF, CERV, Horizon, Digital Europe, Creative Europe</li><li>Represent Emphasys to national and EU level events, meetings and conferences (extensive travelling is required)</li><li>Assist in the promotion of the organisation and the expansion of its network</li></ul>&nbsp;For this position, Emphasys Centre is searching for motivated individuals with:<ul><li>A pleasant and dynamic personality with a willingness to take the initiative and be creative</li><li>Strong writing, presentation, communication, organizational and time management skills</li><li>Motivation and vision to make an impact</li><li>Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills as well as adaptability skills</li><li>Flexible time schedule due to travelling abroad</li><li>Excellent knowledge of English and Greek (both written and oral)</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:<ul><li>University degree in Social and/or Political Sciences, European Studies, International Relations, Adult Education/Lifelong Learning, Communication, Foreign Languages, English Studies, Linguistics or any other related degree or specialisation or strong interest in Human Rights, Gender Equality, Civic Engagement, Volunteering, Youth or Social Work.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Additional Qualifications:<ul><li>A Master's degree in any of the above fields</li><li>Previous experience in a similar position related to the implementation and management of research projects</li><li>Previous experience in proposal writing (e.g. Erasmus+, Horizon, CERV, AMIF, Capacity Building etc.)</li></ul>&nbsp;Other information:<ul><li>The position currently available is open for full-time engagement on-site</li></ul>&nbsp;The successful candidate will be offered:<ul><li>An internal induction training and mentoring support</li><li>An attractive remuneration package (13th salary, Provident Fund, Annual Bonus etc.), according to qualifications and experience</li><li>25 Days of annual leave</li><li>Various opportunities for travelling and training abroad for personal and professional development</li></ul>&nbsp;All applicants are invited to visit the official website of the organization at <a href="http://www.emphasyscentre.com">www.emphasyscentre.com</a> for more information.&nbsp;Interested candidates can send their CV accompanied by a cover letter to <a href="mailto:info@emphasyscentre.com">info@emphasyscentre.com</a> with the subject ‘EU Project Manager-Social Sciences’.&nbsp;Please note that all applications will be reviewed with strict confidentiality and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.&nbsp;Deadline of application: 19th of March 2026&nbsp;All applicants are advised to apply, as soon as possible, as the position might be filled in earlier than the closing date.
