STORE MANAGERTo be part of our growing, knowledgeable, and experienced team, you must demonstrate strong commercial awareness, a keen eye for maintaining high retail display standards, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service to our large and loyal client base.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the daily operation of the store</li><li>Manage, support, and motivate the store team</li><li>Ensure outstanding customer service at all times</li><li>Handle transactions, orders, and stock control</li><li>Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards</li><li>Report regularly to Head Office</li><li>Work closely with Head Office on budgets, sales figures, and productivity</li><li>Ensure company procedures and standards are consistently followed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous retail management experience is essential</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills</li><li>Commercial mindset with attention to detail</li><li>A keen interest in sci-fi, pop culture, or related genres is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li></ul>Remuneration<ul><li>Salary based on experience</li><li>Sales bonus scheme applies</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your CV to: christos@powtheshop.com
