ABOUT THE JOBWe are currently looking to hire a&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;with experience working in IT companies Role Requirements<ul><li>2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably within an IT company</li><li>Strong understanding of basic IT concepts and workflows</li><li>Hands-on experience with tools such as&nbsp;Monday.com, Jira, and similar software</li><li>Experience building and managing workflow automations (Monday.com, Jira, Make.com, etc.)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Creating and managing complex workflows for IT teams</li><li>Coordinating and communicating with the IT team to ensure project targets are met</li><li>Reviewing websites and ensuring all specified requirements and deliverables are fulfilled</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proactive and highly organized</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Creative problem-solver (solve complex IT workflow problems) with the ability to think outside the box</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment where targets may change on a weekly basis</li></ul>The position is available for an&nbsp;immediate start&nbsp;and can be&nbsp;in-house, hybrid, or remote, upon discussion.
