About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in Limassol as an Office Administrator. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30 with a lunch break from 13:00 - 14:30.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management.</li><li>Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining professional filing systems.</li><li>Prepare and process a variety of documents, including letters, quotations, and authorization letters.</li><li>Handle telephone inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.</li><li>Assist the Accountant with daily tasks such as, invoicing, receipts and organizing payments.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.</li><li>Perform other standard administrative duties as needed.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Office Administrator.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience</li><li>13th Salary</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>&nbsp;To Apply:Please send us your C.V. via email to: <a href="mailto:info@goldencomet.com">info@goldencomet.com</a> or contact us via telephone at +357 25392100.
