<img>The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas in Residential, Holiday and Commercial Properties. &nbsp;The role involves working either alone or within a team of two, carrying out cleaning duties according to a schedule, ensuring that all areas are left in a clean and presentable condition.&nbsp; &nbsp;This position requires attention to detail, responsibility, and a professional attitude toward residents, visitors, and colleagues. Properties are at various locations within central Larnaca area, and the applicant should be able to drive and have their own vehicle. (Fuel allowance paid). The position involves carrying the cleaning equipment and bedding from the vehicle into the properties, and performing general cleaning so the applicant should be fit and well, and free of any health issues that could stop them from performing these tasks.&nbsp;The application may on occasion be asked to help in the companies laundry, loading/unloading the machines and ironing.&nbsp;The business works 8:30am -5pm - 7 days a week.This is a full time position 5 days out of 7, so weekend work is necessary. &nbsp;Part time hours, week days only or none drivers may be considered for the right applicant. 21 days paid holiday outside the Goverment holiday fund scheme. &nbsp;
