With a strong focus on digital marketing, performance, and brand growth, we are building a bold and recognizable brand in the fintech space.&nbsp;We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX sensibilities who can combine visual design, user experience thinking, and performance-driven insights to support our marketing, product, and brand initiatives.&nbsp;Role Overview As a Graphic Designer at FunderPro, you will create visually compelling, conversion-focused, and brand-consistent creative assets across digital, web, and offline channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and performance teams to design engaging visual experiences that not only look great but also drive measurable results through thoughtful user experience.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp;Campaign &amp; Performance Marketing Creative<ul><li>Design high-converting creatives for paid advertising campaigns.</li><li>Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats, placements, and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>Collaborate with the performance team to analyze results and refine creatives for maximum engagement and conversions.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Content Design<ul><li>Create engaging visual content for organic and paid social media channels.</li><li>Design carousel posts, story sets, thumbnails, promotional graphics, and branded content.</li><li>Translate complex trading and finance topics into visually accessible and intuitive designs.</li></ul>Website, Landing Page &amp; UI/UX Assets<ul><li>Design website banners, hero sections, landing pages, and promotional components with a focus on user experience and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive design.</li><li>Contribute to improvements in navigation, layout, and overall user flow to enhance engagement and conversion.</li><li>Ensure all digital assets are optimized for desktop and mobile environments.</li></ul>Brand Development &amp; Consistency<ul><li>Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, including typography, color systems, and visual language.</li><li>Ensure consistency across all digital and offline materials.</li><li>Support the development of UI components and design systems as needed.</li></ul>Motion &amp; Multimedia (Optional but Valued)<ul><li>Create simple animations, interactive assets, and dynamic social content.</li><li>Support video content with overlays, thumbnails, and promotional visuals.</li></ul>Internal &amp; Corporate Materials<ul><li>Design presentation decks, partnership materials, and internal brand assets.</li><li>Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors when required.</li></ul>Creative Strategy &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.</li><li>Proactively suggest creative concepts that combine design, UX, and performance objectives.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends in fintech, performance marketing, and digital design.</li><li>Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital design and UI/UX work across advertising, social media, websites, and branding.</li><li>Experience designing for performance-driven marketing campaigns with an understanding of how design and UX impact engagement and conversions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for digital and UI/UX design.</li><li>Basic knowledge of motion design tools is a plus.</li><li>Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, spacing, and color systems.</li><li>Ability to create multiple design variations for A/B testing and adapt creatives across platforms.</li><li>Experience preparing files for digital and print production.</li><li>Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, user behavior, and user-centric design principles.</li><li>Experience creating intuitive UI components and improving user flows.</li><li>Ability to work within brand guidelines while contributing to brand evolution and UI/UX improvements.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills to present and explain design and UX decisions clearly.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Consistent delivery of high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly creative assets.</li><li>Clear and cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.</li><li>Strong collaboration with marketing, product, and UX teams.</li><li>Measurable impact of creative output on campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion.</li></ul>Why Join FunderPro?&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive Compensation: Attractive remuneration package and performance-based incentives.•&nbsp;&nbsp; Immediate Group Medical Insurance•&nbsp;&nbsp; Monthly food allowance via Foody Pro•&nbsp;&nbsp; Growth Opportunities: Be a key part of FunderPro’s expansion in a rapidly evolving industry.•&nbsp;&nbsp; Collaborative Culture: Work with a passionate, driven team of professionals.&nbsp;Sounds good?
