Application: &nbsp;Please email your CV and a short introduction to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:hr@tor.cy">hr@tor.cy</a>.&nbsp;Job Description:<ul><li>Perform market analysis and assist with the evaluation of real estate investments</li><li>Assist with the planning and coordination of the construction projects</li><li>Liaise with associates (e.g architects, engineers etc) and suppliers</li><li>Oversee the construction projects and ensure that are progressing according to timetable and are within the budget</li><li>Assist with the coordination and implementation of works of assets under management.</li><li>Assist with the monetization of the assets once construction work has concluded</li><li>Ensure no discrepancies in the budgeting and monitor expenses for all projects</li><li>Responsible for the orders of required site materials, and oversee deliveries</li><li>Assist the coordination between the subcontractors and management</li><li>Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation and reports</li><li>Ensure the implementation of health &amp; safety procedures, policies and legislation</li></ul>&nbsp;Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 5years experience in construction</li><li>Project Management skills</li><li>Organization skills and a methodical approach to work</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Ambitious and self-motivated</li><li>Strong computer skills - MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project</li><li>Languages: English and Greek</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>An attractive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate</li></ul>
