Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Daily coordination and communication with stakeholders and on-site workers</li><li>Working closely with the Procurement / Supply Department</li><li>Ordering construction materials for the site and tracking deliveries</li><li>Supervising construction works on site and controlling work quality</li><li>Planning, monitoring, and updating work schedules</li><li>Receiving materials on site and organizing proper storage</li><li>Monitoring progress and ensuring works are completed according to schedule</li><li>Providing regular updates on completed works</li><li>Communicating progress and issues via work chats and messaging tools</li><li>Preparing work completion acts</li><li>Preparing and coordinating closing documents and ensuring they are signed by the customer</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Foreman</li><li>Good understanding of construction processes and site operations</li><li>Ability to manage site workflow and priorities</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently on site</li><li>Ability to maintain regular reporting and documentation</li><li>English or Russian required (Greek is a plus)</li></ul>&nbsp; We offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and bonus </li><li>Professional international team</li><li>Opportunity for growth and development</li><li>21 days paid vacation per year</li><li>40 working hours paid sick leave per year</li><li>Public holiday in accordance with the Cyprus Public Holiday list</li></ul>&nbsp;Interested candidates may send their CV to <a href="mailto:hr_cyprus@inex-group.com">hr_cyprus@inex-group.com</a>
