Why this role mattersThe role is based in our&nbsp;Limassol office, Cyprus.&nbsp;You will be responsible for the safety and security of the corporate environment, including employees, customers, and company property. As a member of the security team, you will participate in a variety of security tasks. Working with us is always dynamic and full of challenges.&nbsp; What you'll actually do<ul><li>Protect company assets, personnel, and premises to ensure overall safety and security</li><li>Conduct security patrols throughout the premises</li><li>Carry out both static and mobile patrols at assigned locations</li><li>Monitor CCTV systems</li><li>Inspect vehicles and individuals entering secured areas</li><li>Maintain strict access control procedures, verifying entry of authorized personnel</li><li>Operate basic security equipment to support security operations</li><li>Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, and emergency incidents</li><li>Provide protection for employees and guests at corporate or private events</li><li>Prepare incident reports and maintain daily security logs</li><li>Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required</li><li>Assist the Internal Security Department with security-related tasks as needed</li><li>Perform ad hoc assignments for executive management with professionalism and discretion</li><li>Carry out all duties as directed by the Supervisor</li><li>Work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays</li></ul>Who we’re looking for<ul><li>Security Guard License</li><li>3 or more years of experience as a security officer in corporate or hospitality environments</li><li>Experience in event protection, mobile patrol, or VIP escort</li><li>Excellent surveillance and observation skills</li><li>Strong communication skills for clear reporting</li><li>Computer literacy</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English; other languages are an advantage</li><li>Completed First Aid and Fire Safety courses</li><li>Good physical condition</li><li>Driver’s license</li><li>High commitment to delivering security services</li><li>Strong work ethic and proactive attitude</li><li>Calm and decisive under pressure</li><li>High level of integrity and discretion</li><li>Ability to take initiative</li></ul>What we offer along the way<ul><li>Competitive and attractive compensation package</li><li>Structured monthly work schedule</li><li>Complimentary uniform provision</li><li>Access to the company gym with a personal trainer</li><li>Professional development and career advancement opportunities</li></ul>What your journey looks like<ul><li>Intro call with Recruiter (30 minutes)</li><li>Final interview (60 minutes)&nbsp;</li></ul>APPLY HERE: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://grnh.se/7y7j9702teu">https://grnh.se/7y7j9702teu</a>
