<ul><li>Provide first-line technical support to internal users (hardware, software, and basic network issues).</li><li>Assist in the administration and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365 support and Active Directory user management.</li><li>Assist with Active Directory user management and basic group policies.</li><li>Install, configure, and support IT hardware and software.</li><li>Assist with IT projects and infrastructure improvements.</li><li>Maintain basic IT documentation and follow company IT policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide technical support to both local and remote users on a daily basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare employee workstations for new hires and process inventory changes.&nbsp;</li></ul>
