Exciting Opportunity !!: Join Our Growing IT Team!We are seeking to recruit motivated individuals to join our team in Nicosia and Limassol as Microsoft &amp; Infrastructure Solutions Support Engineers.This role is ideal for both experienced IT professionals and those looking to kickstart a promising career in the field of IT Infrastructure solutions support.Main Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Be a member of the Infrastructure and Microsoft Solutions Team, under the supervision of the Team’s Leader·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support Microsoft on-premises and cloud solutions, including Microsoft Networking Solutions, Active Directory, Users support, and Microsoft 365 support.<ul><li>Working as a member of the Infrastructure Solutions Engineering Team, having the responsibility of addressing and processing the daily support calls from our customers, providing support services, resolving problems, and providing solutions to customer calls.</li></ul>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pursue continuous training and development toward certifications.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training will be provided to develop key skills and knowledge.&nbsp;Requirements·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A degree in any Information Technology related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of the basics of IT networking principles·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven knowledge of Microsoft networking solutions, Active Directory, management of PCs &amp; workstations as part of a Microsoft network, LAN/ WAN /Internet connectivity·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working experience in building and supporting Microsoft Cloud Solutions, especially M365 solutions and Sharepoint.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working experience with for the implementation and support of Endpoint Solutions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working experience with&nbsp; Backup &amp; Recovery solutions·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft certifications (e.g., AD or O365) or knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) and hardware solutions are a plus but not mandatory.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A good knowledge of PCs &amp; peripherals support as part of a Windows AD environment·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Willingness for continuous learning and personal development·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English languages&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Remuneration&nbsp;A very attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and applicable experience including:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Discretionary yearly bonus based on personal and the company’s performance·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident Fund with a profit-sharing deposit every year subject to annual profitability results·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working hours 8:15 – 17:30 (Monday – Thursday) and 8:15 – 13:00 on Fridays&nbsp; (Friday afternoon Off)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible/hybrid family friendly working arrangements with a commitment for 1 day&nbsp; work from home per week, after the initial introductory training (provided that the job responsibilities allow this arrangement)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Loyalty bonuses at milestone anniversaries (e.g., 3 years, 5 years).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional growth, career development, and expansion of knowledge·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional, international, and friendly environment&nbsp;Why Join Us?
