<p>About the Role -The successful candidate will support the Marketing Department with both strategic and administrative responsibilities, including campaign coordination and marketing execution. This role is essential for ensuring smooth departmental operations and contributing to the company’s long-term growth.</p><p>Key Responsibilities• Plan, set up, and manage performance-based digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including Search, Display, Video, App, and Remarketing formats• Create engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok to support brand awareness and lead generation goals• Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics (e.g. ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA) and optimize campaigns to ensure efficient budget allocation and strong results• Implement and support SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and organic performance• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp and A Weber, including audience segmentation and performance tracking• Design and edit marketing materials and digital assets using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals and brand voice• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities• Maintain an organized approach to multitasking, meeting deadlines, and managing marketing activities across channels</p>
