Imperio is a leading property development and management firm in Cyprus, well-known for delivering exceptional projects over the past 20 years. &nbsp;&nbsp;As we continue to grow, our Technical Department is expanding, and we are seeking to hire Site Engineers to join our exciting new projects in Limassol.&nbsp;You will be part of key projects such as Silicon Park, Imperio Portside, and Imperio Skyline – signature developments sharing the future of Limassol.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Site Engineer will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment with the assigned project objectives, quality standards and regulatory requirements. This includes overseeing safety protocols, cost controls, scheduling and effective communication with the team and external partners.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Daily supervision of site works.</li><li>Checking drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.</li><li>Attending site meetings and tracking actions required.</li><li>Liaising with all discipline consultants (Architect-Structural-MEP), contractors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.</li><li>Prepare detailed variation schedules based on provided designs.</li><li>Ensuring that the project is being executed within the required timeframes, within the required budget and according to the quality standards.</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; - Conduct regular Health and Safety inspections to ensure that all the works are being executed as &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; per the H&amp;S plan.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; -&nbsp;Participate in the technical administration of the project including:<ul><li>Compliance with guidelines and regulations including, permits, safety plans, public authorities.</li><li>Delivery of technical files and other technical documentation as required.</li><li>Preparation of reports as required by Management, Verifying monthly evaluations from main contractor.</li><li>Assisting for the material procurement of the project.</li><li>Maintaining detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.</li><li>Reporting to the Project Manager.</li><li>Carry out additional site-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;Desired Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>2-5 years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>BSc in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language.</li><li>Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite/Autocad/Microsoft Project.</li><li>Member of ETEK.</li></ul>&nbsp;Necessary Skills:<ul><li>Construction Engineering.</li><li>QA/QC processes</li><li>Ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Team player.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;What do we offer:<ul><li>Attractive compensation package with performance incentives.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Company Car.</li><li>Opportunities for advancement within Imperio.</li><li>Training opportunities and exposure to challenging, high-profile projects.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply, please visit our careers page at <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.imperioproperties.com/careers/">www.imperioproperties.com/careers/</a> and submit your application today.
