Position:At Andreas Petsas &amp; Sons, we place the customer at the heart of everything we do, striving to deliver the best rental experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and with strong organisational skills to join a dynamic fast-paced environment.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver excellent customer service and support.</li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.</li><li>Manage customer reservations and bookings using the company’s rental system.</li><li>Coordinate and communicate vehicle availability to customers.</li><li>Handle rental agreements, including vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.</li><li>Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection efficiently.</li><li>Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after rentals; report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.</li><li>Process rental payments, deposits, and refunds.</li><li>Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, or disputes in a polite and efficient manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the rental system.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure that the vehicles are clean, well-maintained and ready for rental at all times.</li><li>Perform any other duties as required by management in line with operational needs.</li></ul>&nbsp;Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Proficient computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Previous experience in customer services and in reservations systems will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible days and hours.</li><li>Hold a valid driving license.</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits:<ul><li>An attractive and competitive salary package that recognizes your skills and contributions.</li><li>A friendly and professional working environment that respects and values its employees while supporting their learning and development.</li><li>Exclusive staff discounts on rental services.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses (individual or team-based) and commissions.&nbsp;</li></ul>Think you’re the perfect fit and ready to join our team?
