IT Support, Systems and Networks

Main Responsibilities<ul><li>&nbsp;Helpdesk Support: Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, assisting users with their requests and providing timely troubleshooting for technical problems.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.</li><li>System and Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance and conduct regular system checks to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.</li><li>Workplace Setup: Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing users, ensuring smooth onboarding and transitions.</li><li>User Account Management: Create, manage and troubleshoot user accounts and access controls in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365.</li><li>Device &amp; Endpoint Management: Use Microsoft Intune to enroll, configure, and secure company devices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.</li><li>Printer Support: Assist with printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Data Backup &amp; Recovery: Verify that data backup systems are operating correctly and assist with recovery processes when required.</li><li>Asset Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT equipment, coordinating replacements, upgrades, and disposals as needed.</li></ul>Qualification<ul><li>&nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li><li>Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.</li><li>0–2 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 and basic network troubleshooting.</li><li>Foundational knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools.</li><li>Strong customer-service orientation, good communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within an IT support environment.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience with Microsoft Intune, Monday.com, or similar endpoint &amp; task management platforms.</li><li>Previous experience in a regulated or security-sensitive environment.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Technologies<ul><li>User &amp; Identity: Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 Admin Center</li><li>Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune</li><li>Networking / Diagnostics: Palo Alto Firewall, ipconfig, VPN clients, basic router/switch familiarity,</li><li>Ticketing &amp; Remote Support: FreshDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop (RDP).</li><li>Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Monday.com</li><li>OS Platforms: Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android, Linux</li><li>Backup/Storage: OneDrive, SharePoint, cloud backup monitoring tools</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Private Health insurance</li><li>Pension Fund</li><li>Employee Benefit Card</li><li>Complimentary Lunch</li><li>A fast-growing and vibrant company</li><li>Great opportunities for career progression</li><li>Exciting company activities, including team-building outings, corporate gatherings, and events&nbsp;</li></ul>Application Instructions: To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV to <a href="mailto:careers@mano-security.com">careers@mano-security.com</a> quoting “Junior IT Helpdesk Support Specialist ”.
