IT Support, Systems and Networks

Key ResponsibilitiesHardware &amp; Software Management<ul><li>Maintain and manage company IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals and network equipment.</li><li>Track document and update inventory of IT hardware and software assets.</li><li>Configure and deploy hardware and software for new and existing employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.</li></ul>System Administration<ul><li>Manage domain services, including user account setup, group policies, and permission structures.</li><li>Administer corporate email systems (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google workspace) ensuring availability and security.</li><li>Conduct regular backups and system updates to maintain data integrity and system performance.</li></ul>CRM &amp; Business Applications Support<ul><li>Provide administration and support for CRM platforms and other business-critical tools.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.</li></ul>IT Support<ul><li>Provide timely and professional support to internal users for technical issues involving hardware, software and network systems</li><li>Identify, diagnose and resolve incidents effectively, escalating where necessary.</li><li>Educate and guide staff on best practices related to IT systems and cybersecurity.</li></ul>Security &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure IT systems are compliant with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitor and respond to potential security threats, implementing preventive measures as required.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including user manuals, IT policies and system configurations.</li><li>Generate reports on IT operations, incident trends and inventory status.</li></ul>
