Ready to make a real impact and grow with us?&nbsp;&nbsp;As an Accounting Officer, you’ll be an essential part of our finance team, playing a hands-on role in driving accuracy, efficiency, and insight across our financial operations. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about numbers, this could be the perfect fit for you.&nbsp;&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accounting books and records on a daily basis;</li><li>Update, verify, and maintain accounting journals and ledgers;</li><li>Prepare and maintain bank records of multicurrency bank accounts;</li><li>Assist in the preparation of daily and monthly bank balances and movement reports;</li><li>Prepare payments of expenses and other creditors for approval;</li><li>Prepare banks and PSP reconciliations;</li><li>Prepare supplier reconciliations and liaise with them to resolve any discrepancies;</li><li>Prepare quarterly VAT reports;</li><li>Assist in the preparation of Management reports including TB, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Candidate Profile:<ul><li>University Degree in Accounting or related field;</li><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;</li><li>Experience in the Financial Services industry will be considered as an advantage;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel;</li><li>Knowledge of Accounting software;</li><li>Fluency in the English language, oral and written;</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic with the ability to work under pressure;</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and critical thinking.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive Compensation:&nbsp;A competitive remuneration package will be offered depending on the skills, academic qualifications and experience.</li><li>Provident Fund Scheme: To support long-term financial security, in line with company policy</li><li>Performance review: Enjoy bonus opportunities and salary adjustments once a year based on performance</li><li>Growth Opportunities:&nbsp;We’re committed to your career development.
