Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners.&nbsp;We are currently looking for a Guest Operations Specialist based in Limassol to join our high-performing operations team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys being in the field, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that apartments are fully prepared and maintained to the highest standards for our guests.If you are excited about the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast growing company, we would love to hear from you!&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct initial and exit inspections, Matterport scans, and arrange photoshoots</li><li>Manage light maintenance, deliveries, and apartment access for third parties</li><li>Handle system input and prepare units for launch</li><li>Supervise cleaning, staging, and contractor works</li><li>Collaborate with guest relations for maintenance issues, including on-site resolution</li><li>Oversee warehouse tasks</li><li>Source and trial local contractors</li><li>Facilitate viewings and grant apartment access to third parties (e.g. utility providers)</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Results-oriented go-getter; great at multitasking and managing competing priorities</li><li>Exceptional communication and organizational skills</li><li>Project management experience while working under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with inventory management systems [advantage]</li><li>Team player</li><li>Valid driver's license&nbsp;</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Development Opportunities</li><li>Friendly, pleasant and creative working environment</li><li>Company car and fuels during working hours</li></ul>
