This is a great opportunity for any graduate wishing to work in a professional environment with the opportunity to grow.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide support to users in a timely and effective manner in the configuration, installation and maintenance of the firm’s hardware, software, printers, phone devices, and cabling.</li><li>Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, networks, and peripherals</li><li>Set up and deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary software and access permissions</li><li>Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service</li><li>Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks, such as patch management, antivirus updates, and system backups</li><li>Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide recommendations for IT systems and processes improvement</li><li>Undertake any other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows operating systems,&nbsp;Networks Technologies, and Office 365 will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and wireless networks.
