YOUR CHALLENGE:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop, review, and approve lift plans for onshore operations at the Limassol Logistics Base.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Conduct lifting analyses, calculations, and risk assessments in line with engineering and HSEQ standards.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Supervise engineering design packages and technical specifications related to lifting operations.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Support logistics infrastructure projects by defining lifting requirements and developing efficient technical solutions.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in preparing and evaluating tender packages for lifting‑related services.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide technical support, resolve lifting‑related queries, and ensure lift plan applicability.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify operational and technical risks associated with lifting operations and recommend mitigation measures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitor daily lifting operations to ensure safe execution and adherence to approved lift plans.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective or preventive measures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure lifting equipment certifications, inspections, and maintenance records are always up to date.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Liaise with contractors and logistics service providers to coordinate safe and efficient lifting operations.Exercise Stop Work Authority (STOP THE JOB) when unsafe conditions or deviations are observed.&nbsp;WHO ARE YOU:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You hold higher professional technical education or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You bring 7+ years of experience in lifting operations and/or construction (or 3+ years if you are an engineering graduate).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You hold LOLER Supervisor and LOLER Competent Person certifications (or equivalent).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You ideally have LEEA advanced training (or equivalent) in lifting equipment and inspection.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You have strong knowledge of lifting standards, regulations, plant design, plant construction, geotechnical considerations, and lifting appliances.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You understand technical requirements, engineering standards, bidding processes, and supplier markets.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You communicate clearly and work effectively with contractors, internal teams, and operational staff.You are fluent in English (Greek is an advantage).&nbsp;&nbsp;MedservRegis operates from the four continents and is present in twelve countries.
