The successful candidate will be responsible for managing order processing, warehouse operations, inventory control, and procurement activities, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement, Order Processing &amp; Customer Deliveries<ul><li>Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies</li><li>Order non-stock items as required and monitor order status until completion</li><li>Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound orders</li></ul>Warehouse &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor and update stock levels</li><li>Work with other departments to plan purchasing needs</li><li>Organise warehouse storage space</li><li>Perform regular stock checks</li><li>Use the ERP system to update stock levels and track inventory</li></ul>General Administrative Support<ul><li>Perform any other duties assigned relevant to the role.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Qualifications<ul><li>University Degree will be considered an advantage</li><li>Previous experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a similar role, will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication skills in Greek and English.</li></ul>&nbsp;ApplicationsInterested candidates must electronically submit their applications with a recent C.V to careers@gcc.com.cy before 10th of April 2026, quoting the above job title.&nbsp;Please ensure your application clearly highlights your relevant technical experience.
