&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution</li><li>Supervise construction activities, subcontractors, and site personnel</li><li>Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets</li><li>Prepare and review technical drawings and construction plans</li><li>Manage material orders, deliveries, and on-site usage</li><li>Ensure proper allocation of materials and resources across projects</li><li>Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site</li><li>Prepare cost estimates, project valuations, and progress reports</li><li>Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders</li><li>Attend site and technical meetings</li><li>Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety regulations and company policies</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and site records</li><li>Support continuous improvement of site processes and operations</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Architecture, Interior Design, or similar will also be considered)</li><li>Previous experience in site supervision and/or project coordination</li><li>Experience in construction projects and material coordination is an advantage</li><li>Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office</li><li>Very good knowledge of Greek and good command of English</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Valid driving license</li></ul>&nbsp;Salary &amp; BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, along with an attractive benefits package including:<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Provident fund (upon completion of probation period)</li><li>22 days annual leave</li><li>Half-day off on your birthday</li><li>Birthday voucher</li><li>Unlimited coffee and tea at the office</li><li>Duty Car</li></ul>&nbsp;Our CultureWe are a fast-paced and growth-driven organization that values initiative, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
