Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring full compliance with applicable auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS</li><li>Plan and perform audit procedures in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)</li><li>Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of audit work through detailed review of documentation, findings, and reports</li><li>Prepare and present audit reports, clearly communicating findings, risks, and recommendations to clients and senior management</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients during engagements, building and maintaining strong professional relationships</li><li>Develop and implement audit strategies tailored to client-specific risks and business environments</li><li>Identify and resolve complex audit and accounting issues, providing practical and compliant solutions</li><li>Prepare tax computations for both international and local clients</li><li>Liaise with relevant authorities, including the Tax Department and Social Insurance</li><li>Allocate resources effectively and ensure timely delivery of audit engagements</li><li>Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment</li><li>Stay up to date with developments in IFRS, auditing standards, AML regulations, and professional ethics</li><li>Review the accounting of the client from the Accounting Department</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>ACCA or ACA qualified</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of audit experience (strong candidates with slightly less experience may be considered)</li><li>Strong practical knowledge of accounting and financial reporting</li><li>Extensive experience with:<ul><li>IFRS</li><li>International Standards on Auditing</li></ul></li><li>Expert-level proficiency in CaseWare (CaseWare Financials required; Audit International is an advantage)</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment</li><li>Strong team player with leadership and mentoring capabilities</li><li>Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and spoken)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul>&nbsp;Working Conditions<ul><li>Fully remote position</li><li>40 hours per week</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Minimum starting salary: €2,000/month</li><li>13th salary</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Paid sick leave</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li><li>Strong focus on work-life balance</li></ul>&nbsp;If you are interested please send your CV to <a href="mailto:info@consortiaadvisory.com">info@consortiaadvisory.com</a>.
