The <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="http://www.unic.ac.cy">University of Nicosia (UNIC)</a> is a leading research university ranked in the Top 501-600 in the 2026Times Higher Education World University Rankings.&nbsp;UNIC Health, supporting the strategic growth of its Medical and Veterinary Schools, seeks a Laboratory Technician based in Nicosia to join its team under a services agreement.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain aquarium systems, equipment, and water quality.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare solutions, reagents, and experimental materials.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in experiments, including fish breeding.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collect and record data for research procedures.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage lab inventory.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant laboratory environment.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; An undergraduate degree·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluent in both Greek and English&nbsp;Remuneration: Fixed rate per hour&nbsp;The ideal candidate should be eligible to work in the European Union/ European Economic Area.&nbsp;Send your CV and cover letter to <a href="mailto:hr@med.unic.ac.cy">hr@med.unic.ac.cy</a>, indicating that you are applying for the Laboratory Technician (Services Agreement) with reference number S26LT02 in the subject line of your email.&nbsp;Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for immediate interviews.
