Cleaning & Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel</li><li>Supervise, train, and inspire the housekeeping team to achieve optimal performance and strong teamwork</li><li>Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure full coverage during all shifts and peak periods</li><li>Oversee inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, placing orders as needed</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces</li><li>Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction</li><li>Maintain accurate records, reports, and departmental budgets</li><li>Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3–5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role</li><li>Solid knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and industry best practices</li><li>Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written)</li></ul>If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.Please send your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@solaarhospitality.com">hr@solaarhospitality.com</a> with “Head Housekeeper – Mercure Finikoudes Beach Hotel” in the subject line.
