As a Legal Administrator at Domo Properties, you will play a key role in supporting our legal and compliance functions, ensuring smooth coordination of property transactions, customer VAT applications, immigration documentation, and registrar-related procedures. You will act as a liaison between clients, lawyers, public authorities, and internal departments, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance at every step of the property acquisition journey.Key Responsibilities 1. Legal Documentation &amp; Compliance &nbsp; &nbsp;- Coordinate with legal advisors to draft and process contracts of sale, reservation agreements, and power of attorney documents. &nbsp; - Ensure that all property transactions meet legal requirements under Cyprus property and land laws. &nbsp; - Maintain accurate legal records and ensure timely execution and filing of legal documents. 2. VAT Registration Support &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- Assist foreign clients in applying for VAT exemptions or refunds related to their property purchases. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Prepare and submit documentation to the Cyprus Tax Department on behalf of clients. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Track VAT application progress and keep clients informed. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Ensure internal records are aligned with current VAT regulations and eligibility rules. 3. Immigration &amp; Permanent Residence (PR) Applications &nbsp; &nbsp;- Guide eligible clients through the Cyprus Permanent Residency by Investment Program. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Compile and verify necessary documentation including contracts, proof of funds, criminal record certificates, and health insurance. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Liaise with immigration lawyers and relevant authorities to ensure timely submission and approval of PR applications. &nbsp; &nbsp;- Provide regular status updates and resolve client queries. 4. Land Registry &amp; Registrar Procedures &nbsp; &nbsp;- Manage submissions to the Cyprus Land Registry Office, including title deed transfers, registrations, and encumbrance checks. &nbsp; - Schedule and attend appointments on behalf of Domo Properties or clients as necessary. &nbsp; - Monitor the issuance of separate title deeds and coordinate closely with legal and technical departments to address any delays or issues. 5.
