As our team continues to grow, we are excited to welcome a new Data Scientist/ Quantitative Analyst to our ranks.&nbsp;YOUR ROLE AT SKANESTASWe are seeking a Data Scientist/ Quantitative Analyst who will play a huge role in our expanding core team. The ideal candidate will easily collaborate with team members, generate innovative ideas, rapidly test hypotheses, and contribute to the development of trading algorithms.&nbsp;YOU WILL<ul><li>Key requirement: ability to launch profitable trading strategy that includes, but not limits to the following:</li><li>Test and implement trading/statistical models, algorithms andsignals in an active trading environment;</li><li>Conduct research and statistical analysis in order to build and refine trading systems;</li><li>Perform in-depth analysis and research of various market inefficiencies. Carrying out data mining and in-depth statistical analysis of data;</li><li>Provide results in the form of reports and presentations accompanied by tables and visual aids to team members;</li><li>Work and participate in team research projects.</li></ul>OUR TEHNOLOGY STACK<ul><li>Development:&nbsp;Python, Scala, Rust</li><li>Infrastructure:&nbsp;Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Providers</li><li>Database:&nbsp;Clickhouse, PostgreSQL</li></ul>WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT<ul><li>Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in English.</li><li>Higher education in statistics, mathematics, econometrics or computer science;</li><li>Practical experience in a Data Scientist/ Quantitative Analyst position in a fintech company for at least 3 years.
