On behalf of our client, a highly reputable airline company, we are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;to&nbsp;recruit&nbsp;an Administrative Assistant.&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain office operations, including supplies, equipment, and general administration.</li><li>Manage day-to-day administration, including onboarding, offboarding, contract handling, and employee records.</li><li>Ensure effective communication flow between crew members, base management, and operational departments.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including distribution to headquarters and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee employee benefits and local allowances (e.g., transportation, parking).</li><li>Keep internal documentation and base guidelines up to date.</li><li>Coordinate document management, including archiving and secure disposal (shredding).</li><li>Ensure proper storage and retention of operational records in compliance with company policies.</li><li>Monitor and report on operational performance data (e.g., delay codes, on-time performance).</li><li>Support uniform distribution and handle related inquiries or issues.</li><li>Manage compliance-related documentation, including health and regulatory requirements</li></ul>Requirements: &nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent communication and organizational&nbsp;skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and time management&nbsp;skills&nbsp;and ability to prioritize tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent English (both written and spoken)&nbsp;</li><li>Computer literacy (MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel,&nbsp;PowerPoint&nbsp;etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Positive&nbsp;attitude.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to work under time pressure&nbsp;</li><li>Multitasking capability&nbsp;</li><li>Previous&nbsp;office related&nbsp;work experience is an advantage.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are interested in the above position, please send your&nbsp;CVs,&nbsp;to&nbsp;hr@eurofast.eu with&nbsp;subject&nbsp;line: "LCA - Administrative Assistant".&nbsp;&nbsp;
