Established in 1978 in the North of France, KIABI revolutionised off-the-peg fashion with the introduction of low-cost fashion for the whole family, a concept which had never been seen before.As a symbol of simplicity, universality and joy of living, KIABI proposes ranges that are created in France by an in-house team of 56 fashion designers.&nbsp;Purpose of the JobThe E-Commerce Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the online business, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all digital platforms. The role plays a key part in product uploads, content accuracy, order coordination, and campaign execution, contributing to sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency across all markets.&nbsp;What you will do<ul><li>Support the daily management of the e-commerce platform, ensuring products, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date</li><li>Assist with product uploads, descriptions, imagery, and categorisation in line with brand guidelines</li><li>Coordinate with Buying, VM, and Marketing teams to ensure timely product launches and campaign execution</li><li>Monitor website performance and flag issues related to product availability, navigation, or user experience</li><li>Support the execution of online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches</li><li>Track and update stock availability in collaboration with Supply Chain and Retail teams</li><li>Assist with order management, including processing, returns, and customer queries</li><li>Ensure consistency of brand presentation and messaging across all online channels</li><li>Support reporting on key e-commerce KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, and sales performance</li><li>Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>&nbsp;How You Will Be MeasuredBusiness Targets<ul><li>Accuracy and timeliness of product uploads and content updates</li><li>Online sales performance and contribution to revenue targets</li><li>Conversion rate and website engagement metrics</li><li>Campaign execution (on time, in full)</li></ul>Operational Excellence<ul><li>Website accuracy (pricing, stock, product information)</li><li>Order processing efficiency and error reduction</li><li>Speed and quality of issue resolution</li></ul>Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Effective collaboration with Buying, Marketing, VM, and Supply Chain</li><li>Clear communication and responsiveness across teams</li></ul>&nbsp;What You Will Bring<ul><li>Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital operations is an advantage</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organisation</li><li>Good understanding of online customer journeys and digital retail environments</li><li>Comfortable working with systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, ERP such as D365 is a plus)</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li><li>Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt</li><li>Interest in fashion, retail, and digital trends</li></ul>&nbsp;We offer an attractive remuneration and benefits package, including:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Competitive salary·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13th salary·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bi-monthly performance-based bonus·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident fund participation following successful completion of a 6-month probation period
