If you are looking for new challenges and constant growth, join our Account Management Team!&nbsp;All you need is:<ul><li>Fluency in Turkish;</li><li>At least 1 year of proven Account Management experience in the gaming industry or a related field will be an advantage;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level and higher);</li><li>Ability to work on shifts (weekends included);</li><li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer's real needs and expectations;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple Partners with different needs and priorities, while paying strict attention to details and deadlines;</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dedicated clients through ongoing communication and frequent meetings;</li><li>Good team player, problem-solver, and negotiator with a high degree of discipline and initiative.</li></ul>&nbsp;Your daily adventures will look like this:<ul><li>Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and being the interface between the customer accounts and the company;</li><li>Resolving ongoing issues and problems in an efficient and timely manner;</li><li>Managing the full partner lifecycle — taking responsibility for the brand from the first day of integration through launch and ongoing operations;</li><li>Understanding customer business specifics and objectives, and delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations;</li><li>Understanding the objectives and logic of each request, and reporting the case to the appropriate internal team;</li><li>Working collaboratively with internal teams, such as IT, marketing, finance, and legal;</li><li>Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.</li></ul>&nbsp;So, why Gamingtec?If you are a person with passion, ideas, and a thirst to advance your career, you will love our corporate culture.
