Elysee Irrigation Ltd, one of the largest industries in Cyprus in the production of piping systems for water supply, irrigation, drainage, and cabling, with a leading position in the local market and exports to more than 65 countries worldwide, is expanding and strengthening its strategic development by recruiting competent individuals.&nbsp;&nbsp;Elysee Irrigation is looking to hire an HR Administration Officer for the Human Capital and Corporate Systems Department, based at our factory in Ergates Industrial Area, Nicosia.&nbsp;Position: HR Administration Officer&nbsp;Department: Human Capital and Corporate Systems&nbsp;Location: Ergates Industrial Area, Nicosia&nbsp;Role Overview:Provide administrative and operational support to the HR function by maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with day-to-day HR processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR activities.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies), ensuring accuracy, proper filing, and confidentiality</li><li>Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs ads, initial CV screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes and prepare related documentation</li><li>Support the implementation of training plans within departments and prepare relevant reports</li><li>Maintain and update HR systems and internal databases (attendance, leave, training records, personnel files)</li><li>Provide support for the performance appraisal process, including form preparation, record updates, and follow-up communication</li><li>Support the enhancement and implementation of HR, ESG and GDPR policies and procedures</li><li>Create regular presentations and reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, retention rates, performance evaluations and more</li><li>Support the implementation of company events</li><li>Any other task assigned related to the position and/or the needs of the Company.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>BSc in Business Administration or related fields.</li><li>M.B.A. will be considered as an advantage.</li><li>3-4 years of work experience.
