ST Raphael Resort &amp; Marina is looking for a new associate for the position of HR Administrator to grow with us.&nbsp;Job Overview&nbsp;St Raphael Resort &amp; Marina is looking to recruit an organized and motivated HR Administrator to support the daily administrative operations of the Human Resources Department.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties:<ul><li>Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the HR Department</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, files and HR databases</li><li>Prepare and process basic HR documentation (contracts, forms, letters, confirmations, etc.)</li><li>Assist with recruitment administration (CV screening support, interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork)</li><li>Support payroll preparation by collecting and checking attendance, leave and basic employee data</li><li>Respond to routine employee enquiries related to HR procedures and policies</li><li>Assist with training records, attendance tracking and related documentation</li><li>Support internal wellbeing initiatives and staff activities</li><li>Liaise with external authorities and service providers when required, under supervision</li><li>Support the HR Manager and HR Coordinator with reports and administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Very good command of Greek and English (spoken and written)</li><li>Previous experience in an HR administrative or clerical role will be considered an advantage</li><li>Basic knowledge of payroll processes and HR administration</li><li>Familiarity with local labour practices will be considered an advantage</li><li>EU passport holder is essential</li></ul>&nbsp;Personal Characteristics:<ul><li>Organised, detail-oriented and reliable</li><li>Pleasant, professional and approachable personality</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop within the HR function</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Remuneration Package:<ul><li>Competitive salary according to skills and experience</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment</li><li>Opportunities for learning and career development</li></ul>&nbsp;If this sounds like you, please forward your CV to <a href="mailto:hr@straphael.com">hr@straphael.com</a>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidence.
