About the roleWe are looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to support the company’s digital marketing activities across its products and its clients' products.&nbsp;This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates who are interested in marketing and are willing to learn how to use modern digital tools and AI in a practical business environment.&nbsp;Key responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the execution of digital marketing activities</li><li>Support the creation and management of social media content</li><li>Monitor basic performance metrics and report findings</li><li>Contribute to improving online presence and organic reach</li><li>Use modern tools and AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support day-to-day tasks</li><li>Conduct basic research on competitors and market trends</li><li>Work with internal teams to understand products and messaging</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (optional but recommended for Cyprus expectations)</li><li>Basic understanding of marketing concepts</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills (Greek and/or English)</li><li>Willingness to learn and develop new skills</li><li>Basic computer literacy (Excel, online tools)</li></ul>&nbsp;Nice to have<ul><li>Any prior internship or exposure to marketing</li><li>Interest in digital marketing and social media</li><li>Interest in AI tools and new technologies</li></ul>&nbsp;This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning by doing and is excited to work with modern tools and AI in a fast-evolving environment.
