Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accounting and tax records for residential and commercial property rentals - Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax reports - Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities&nbsp;Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or related sectors) - Fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written) - Knowledge of Russian is not required but will be considered an advantage - Strong knowledge of Cypriot accounting and tax legislation, including VAT - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office - Valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship is required&nbsp;What we provide:- Brand new modern office facilities- Friendly and supportive team culture- Competitive salary starting from 3500- Stable full-time employment&nbsp;For more details and to submit your CV:<a href="mailto:limassol@tuta.com"> limassol@tuta.com</a> &nbsp;
