Brand Manager, Larnaca – SBM/04/26 On behalf of our client, a well-established organization operating in the FMCG sector, we are seeking to recruit a&nbsp;Brand Manager&nbsp;to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the spirits portfolio in the local market, ensuring effective brand execution and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop the spirits portfolio in line with company strategy. • Coordinate with the Sales Department to achieve agreed sales targets. • Support key accounts with tailored recommendations aligned with their needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and suppliers. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and propose relevant actions. • Analyze brand and market performance and provide insights. • Ensure proper execution of brand strategies across all channels. • Organize and support promotional activities, events and tastings. • Train internal teams and external partners on product knowledge. • Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams on campaigns and initiatives. Qualifications: • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing or commercial roles, preferably within FMCG or alcoholic beverages. • Good understanding of brand, consumer and trade marketing principles. • Experience working with sales teams, marketing and suppliers. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Fluency in Greek and English.
