Duties and responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Deal with telephone calls, respond to queries, and reply to emails</li><li>Forward correspondence and messages to staff members</li><li>Assist with cargo export bookings, sales support, and customer service</li><li>Perform data entry into the system</li><li>Prepare cargo documents</li><li>Report service irregularities and seek instructions</li><li>General administrative and clerical duties</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and knowledge&nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek</li><li>Good organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Time management and ability to work under pressure</li><li>Honesty and reliability</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in the cargo business</li><li>Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree is an advantage</li><li>Prior experience in administration and/or cargo operations is an advantage</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office products</li></ul>
