Responsibilities:<ul><li>Working with the bank: monitoring incoming and outgoing payments, tax payments, due diligence;</li><li>Working with an accountant in Cyprus: provision of the documents for yearly audits and other documents requested by the accountant/auditor;&nbsp;</li><li>Working with corporate administrator: ordering documents, services, checking the invoices of the corporate administrator;</li><li>Working with suppliers: checking the accuracy of issued invoices, reconciliation (1-4 suppliers), control of timely invoice-payments;&nbsp;</li><li>Working with partners: control of loan payments, sending, requesting and checking relevant documentation;</li><li>Registration of settlements in USD, CNY, JPY and other currencies (if applicable); &nbsp;</li><li>Drafting documentation (loan agreements, assignment agreements, distribution agreements, letters, etc.) if necessary;</li><li>Payment of salaries and social insurance contributions;</li><li>Supporting dormant and inactive companies of the group.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Russian and English language is a must</li><li>Greek language is a plus</li><li>Strong command of Excel&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Salary 2000-2500 NET based on the interview results&nbsp;Email: <a href="mailto:alpovet@yahoo.com">alpovet@yahoo.com</a>&nbsp;
