Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome customers, providing them with an overview of the laser tag experience</li><li>Instruct participants on how to properly use laser tag equipment and explain the rules and objectives of the game and ensuring the safety of participants.</li><li>Organize and lead laser tag games, including team-based competitions and individual challenges.</li><li>Provide clear instructions and guidance to participants, ensuring they understand the game dynamics and strategies.</li><li>Monitor game progress and provide assistance to participants as needed, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions with laser tag equipment.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized laser tag arena and reception area, including the setup and arrangement of tables and chairs.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about additional services or upcoming events.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience working in a kids/customer service-oriented role is preferred not mandatory.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with participants of various ages and backgrounds.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and high-pressure situations.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and the ability to enforce safety rules and regulations.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as laser tag activities often occur during these times.</li><li>First Aid knowledge is desirable, but not mandatory.</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English language.</li></ul>Type of Employment<ul><li>Part Time.</li><li>Fridays and Weekends.</li><li>Up to 5 Hours on Fridays / Up to 8 hours Shift on Weekends.</li><li>Location: Nicosia - Kaimakli.</li><li>Salary&nbsp;€8.50 Net per hour + Tips .</li></ul>CV to be sent at <a href="mailto:lasertroncy@gmail.com">lasertroncy@gmail.com</a>
