Mechanical Engineer – Caramondani Engineers Cyprus&nbsp;Role DescriptionFor over 60 years, Caramondani Engineers has led the way in electromechanical contracting, shaping some of Cyprus’s most vital infrastructure, from hospitals and airports to hotels, commercial towers, and power stations. We rely on our skilled site engineers to lead our people, solve problems, and bring complex systems to life.&nbsp;Our team is recruiting to expand its fast-growing business. We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team of engineers.&nbsp;You will work closely with our Senior Mechanical Engineers, managing all mechanical aspects on and off site to ensure that work is completed on time and meets the required quality standards.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Supporting the supervision and execution of mechanical installation works.</li><li>Collaborating with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is progressing according to plan.</li><li>Inspecting equipment, reviewing drawings, and identifying potential improvements or issues.</li><li>Attending site meetings and participating in communication with clients, architects, and supervising engineers.</li><li>Helping manage the receipt and organisation of materials and equipment on-site.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Member of ETEK</li><li>5-7 years of experience in managing site installations, especially in complex MEP projects</li><li>Confidence in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specs</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral</li><li>Organisational and leadership skills</li><li>Superior problem-solving skills</li><li>Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a challenging and fast-paced environment and meeting demanding deadlines</li></ul>&nbsp;Additional attributes<ul><li>Experience working on large-scale commercial or public infrastructure projects</li><li>Adept with AutoCAD or Revit, and understand how to bridge the gap between technical drawings and on-site execution</li><li>Eager to grow into more senior leadership or project management roles over time</li><li>Well-functioning member of a team who people enjoy working with.</li></ul>&nbsp;Please send your resume to <a href="mailto:careers@caramondani.com.cy">careers@caramondani.com.cy</a> quoting the reference code EME26.
