Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inputs load information and quality measurements and indicators through our in-house system Daedalus, checks clearance correctness, ensures that all relevant documentations are uploaded to Daedalus system and that the traffic files have been fully completed.</li><li>Sends SITA arrival/departure and load&nbsp;information messages.</li><li>Prints Flight Plans and distribute them accordingly.</li><li>Relays allocation of aircraft stands in Daedalus system and informs all concerned personnel.</li><li>Handles any requests via radio or phone from all relevant ramp personnel in relation to individual flights requests for G.S.E, extra manpower, catering, fuelling track etc.</li><li>Liaises with ramp coordinators concerning damage equipment ensuring all appropriate reports are duly completed.</li><li>Sends reports to the airport operator or airport authorities.</li><li>Distributes the aircraft slots to all flight coordinators in timely&nbsp;manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Handles any Ad-Hoc flight requests by obtaining landing approvals, filing flight plans and ensures that the proforma invoices are completed and collected in a correct manner.</li><li>Any other duties which are related to the Ramp/Operations Department that may assigned by the Operations Manager.</li><li>To comply&nbsp;with the existing legislation, the relevant rules and regulations pertaining to Safety and Security, Health and Safety at work.</li></ul>Requirements and Skills:&nbsp;<ul><li>Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (verbal and written).</li><li>Advanced computer literacy.</li><li>Must have excellent communication skills and a team spirt attitude.</li><li>Multitasking with attention to detail.</li><li>Organizing and planning skills.</li><li>Must have the ability to work under pressure, be flexible and a fast decision maker.</li><li>Ability to work on a shift basis.</li><li>Clean Criminal record is mandatory;</li><li>Male applicants must have their military service obligations completed.</li></ul>How to applyAll interest candidates should send their updated CV to lcahr@skyserv.aero with the subject line “Station Control / Operations Agent Application” by 7th May 2026. &nbsp;Only successful applicants will be contacted.&nbsp;Skyserv (Cyprus) Ltd. is an equal opportunity employer.&nbsp;
