As a forward-looking healthcare company, we care about our employees, helping them stay safe, healthy, and productive. &nbsp;Supply Chain Specialist&nbsp;We seek to recruit a highly motivated individual, for the position of Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic and diverse department.&nbsp;The successful candidate reports to the Supply Chain Manager, who will provide guidance and support for professional growth and success, and will be based in Nicosia.&nbsp;Profile of the Ideal Candidate:The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, customer service and communication skills. They will provide support in warehousing, materials handling, order fulfilment, inventory control and vendors.&nbsp;You will be responsible for:<ul><li>Be detail-oriented team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines</li><li>Prepare purchase orders to vendors and confirms delivery date, quantity ordered and price correctness</li><li>Track orders and ensures timely delivery</li><li>Expedite delivery of goods to users</li><li>Obtain price quotes from vendors and prepares evaluations</li><li>Process invoices and other related to orders documents for payments/ archiving including reconciliation of purchase orders versus invoices</li><li>Update internal databases with order details (vendors, skus data, dates)</li><li>Monitor stock levels as needed physically and through the stock control module of the ERP</li><li>Run reports to help the determination of stock needs for the preparation of the departmental forecasts and/or supporting other departments/ customers, i.e., Finance Department</li><li>Serve as liaison between the company and the vendor in order to address requirements, non-conformance, delivery and invoice issues</li><li>Participate in the preparation of all internal and external audits (SOPs/ ISO etc.)</li><li>Support all supply chain procedures, ensures compliance with laws, regulations, ISO requirements and help improve company policies related to supply chain&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Your Profile:<ul><li>University degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field will be considered an advantage</li><li>No more than 3 years of experience</li><li>Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li><li>Working experience as a Supply Chain Assistant / Purchasing Assistant / Buyer will be considered as an advantage</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize tasks</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;work independently&nbsp;and as a team player</li><li>Fluent in Greek and English</li><li>Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems will be considered as an advantage</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive remuneration package based on qualifications &amp; experience, including 13th salary</li><li>One afternoon off per week</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Option for hybrid working</li><li>21 vacation days, increasing to 25 according to years of employment</li><li>Growth Opportunities:&nbsp;You will have the chance to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully in a forward-looking company that values innovation and excellence</li><li>Collaborative Environment:&nbsp;Work closely with a supportive team of professionals in marketing, communications, and customer support</li><li>Professional Development:&nbsp;Access continuous learning and development opportunities, including attending industry seminars and training sessions</li><li>Work-Life Balance: Flexibility and a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you have the support you need to thrive</li></ul>&nbsp;Do you want to make a difference, shape the future and to work for a growing, innovative diagnostic services company, with a purpose?
