We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team at Habanos Specialist- Landmark in Nicosia.&nbsp; At the heart of our success is our commitment to exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand—delivering a premium customer experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring our high standards are consistently met. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.</li><li>Promote and sell our tobacco products by actively engaging with customers.</li><li>Understand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs.</li><li>Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized and visually aligned with the premium image of our brand.</li><li>Support daily operations and contribute to the team’s goals through effective communication and collaboration.</li></ul> Candidate Profile<ul><li>Able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, creating a welcoming and helpful experience.</li><li>Ability to understand and apply sales techniques.</li><li>Reliable, team oriented with attention to detail.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.</li><li>Clean criminal record.</li><li>Valid Working Permit.</li></ul>Remuneration and benefits •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fixed monthly salary •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monthly commission based on sales&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;13th Salary •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participation in the company’s Provident Fund scheme •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;25 days paid annual leave •&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ongoing training and professional development&nbsp; &nbsp;Work Hours&nbsp; The working hours are 38 hours per week to be allocated in mornings and/or afternoons for 6 days of the week.
