Entry Level Financial AdvisorThe Role:&nbsp;We are seeking to recruit a passionate and self-motivated professional for the position of Financial Advisor to be based in our office in Nicosia.&nbsp;Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare and assist senior staff members on the preparation of the application package to be submitted to CySEC or any other regulator in the world for the authorisation of the Company as an investment firm/alternative investment fund/payment institution etc. with the assistance of senior team members.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Complete Personal Questionnaires and application forms for individuals (shareholders, directors) and Companies involved in the Company that applies for the license.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collect and review the KYC documents for the involved persons which are required to be submitted to the Regulator.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare or assist senior staff members in the preparation of the business plan which will accompany the application.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare or assist senior staff members in preparing a Company’s policies and/or drafting of the Internal Procedures Manual.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Collect information and prepare the relevant forms required for a change in a Company’s shareholders/extension of its authorisation/creation of a branch or tied agent in another member state.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare the application package for a Company to be listed in a Stock Exchange including the preparation of application forms and the drafting of the Prospectus.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay updated with relevant global regulations affecting the authorisation process.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist in valuation reports and Due diligence reports via the collection of relevant data/documentation from a client or through own research.&nbsp;Qualifications and Requirements:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law or related filed.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Relevant Master’s degree in Finance or Economics, will be considered as an advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fluency in both Greek and English, both in writing and oral communication is a must.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interest in legal and regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Legal and regulatory compliance understanding and awareness.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment and learn quickly.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with members of the team and client staff.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Numeracy and accuracy skills in addition to being diligent.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Curious with an appetite to grow knowledge base and experience.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High intellectual curiosity and energy.&nbsp;Benefits:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Attractive remuneration package based on qualifications and experience, including 13th salary.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; “Dress for Your Day” scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Afternoon off on Fridays.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Up to 2 work from home days per week.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Medical insurance.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provident fund.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Employee referral scheme.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent opportunities for career development and advancement.&nbsp;Interested applicants can apply through <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://fincap-advisers.odoo.com/jobs">Jobs | Fincap Advisers Odoo</a> selecting the "Financial Advisor" vacancy under "Jobs".&nbsp;&nbsp;
