Nicosia&nbsp; &nbsp; About our Client&nbsp; &nbsp; Our client is a&nbsp;leading&nbsp;well-established group&nbsp;of companies,&nbsp;operating&nbsp;in&nbsp;Cyprus and abroad, in&nbsp;diversified&nbsp;sectors.&nbsp;They are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;to hire a high-potential, talented&nbsp;finance executive who&nbsp;will be working closely with the&nbsp;Group CFO&nbsp;and other&nbsp;finance teams at group and subsidiary level. &nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities&nbsp; -The role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a top&nbsp;financial&nbsp;executive position&nbsp;and&nbsp;undertake responsibilities in a diverse and exciting landscape, including the below areas:&nbsp; -Oversee&nbsp;core financial operations including accounting,&nbsp;preparation of accounts at group level, cash flow management, and budgeting &nbsp; -On a regular basis, run a variance analysis with suggested course of action, and align forecasts, applying a deep understanding of the diversified operations of the group&nbsp; -Provide support to finance teams&nbsp;at group and&nbsp;subsidiaries&nbsp; -Support the preparation and&nbsp;possibly present&nbsp;financial results to the Board&nbsp; -Monitor payments to suppliers, vendors&nbsp;etc.,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;strong working relationships with them, and other business associates&nbsp;e.g.&nbsp;auditors and other professionals&nbsp; -Work with the CFO to develop the finance strategy, and contribute to group strategy&nbsp;setting&nbsp; -Support&nbsp;the&nbsp;overseeing&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Enterprise&nbsp;Resource&nbsp;Planning (ERP)&nbsp;and&nbsp;Warehouse&nbsp;Management&nbsp;systems&nbsp;(WMS)&nbsp; -Support the development of&nbsp;advanced reporting tools and dashboards&nbsp;to&nbsp;optimise&nbsp;data driven decision making in the group&nbsp; -Be part of transformation strategic projects for the group, including&nbsp;digitalisation,&nbsp;optimisation&nbsp;of procedures, scalability, governance)&nbsp; -Maintain&nbsp;strong&nbsp;working&nbsp;relationships with senior stakeholders and the Board &nbsp;&nbsp;Desired profile&nbsp; -At least 5 years&nbsp;solid&nbsp;post qualification&nbsp;(ACA, ACCA, CPA)&nbsp;experience, with&nbsp;exposure&nbsp;in areas such as&nbsp;auditing of large&nbsp;and diversified&nbsp;groups&nbsp;/&nbsp;in a responsible position in a finance team&nbsp; -Hands on, versatile,&nbsp;with a strong commercial and operations focus&nbsp;and drive&nbsp; -Passionate in using technology,&nbsp;including&nbsp;experience with ERPs&nbsp;and / or&nbsp;WMS, advanced reporting tools&nbsp; -Ability to&nbsp;communicate with impact across different ‘audiences’&nbsp;e.g.&nbsp;senior stakeholders, key&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;and associates&nbsp;and build trust across the organization &nbsp; -Strategic mindset with a forward-looking, growth-oriented approach &nbsp;&nbsp; -Fluent in Greek and English&nbsp;&nbsp;Package&nbsp; In addition to being a high potential role in one of the leading groups of Cyprus, the position provides a competitive package,&nbsp;including performance related bonus, plus benefits. &nbsp;&nbsp;All applications will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
