Student Services CoordinatorJob Description &nbsp;The Student Services Coordinator is the primary point of contact with foreign students studying at the University of Nicosia on study abroad programs offered in Cyprus by Global Learning Semesters. The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of the programs as designed and ensuring student satisfaction.&nbsp;Responsibilities include:&nbsp;Customer Service:<ul><li>Ensuring an excellent customer service experience and receiving positive reviews about the program as a whole</li></ul>Academic Support:<ul><li>Assisting prospective students and enrolled participants with program-related questions, application procedures and other tasks as they prepare to study abroad on a Global Semesters program</li></ul>Administrative support:&nbsp; &nbsp;<ul><li>Organizing all activities related to student arrivals, housing, travel (some weekend travel required) and all other organizational activities to run successful programs</li></ul>Communication:<ul><li>Maintaining close communication with Program Manager and other members on the management team regarding the program activities and events as well as student academic and disciplinary issues</li></ul>Required:&nbsp;<ul><li>Fluency in English and Greek (written and oral)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and oral)</li><li>Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and social media skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural, multi-destination co-workers</li><li>Demonstrated maturity, with ability to independently follow work-plans and meet</li><li>objectives</li><li>Strong passion to help students make the most of their education abroad</li><li>opportunities</li><li>Ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner on tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to travel domestically and internationally</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Study abroad or other international experience</li></ul>Please send a resume and cover letter that outlines your qualifications for this position to: <a href="mailto:HR@globalsemesters.com">HR@globalsemesters.com</a>.&nbsp; All submissions will not receive a response.
