Receptionist, Paphos – REC/04/26 Our client, a reputable hotel within the real estate sector, is seeking to recruit a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors and clients. Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.</li><li>Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.</li><li>Respond to customer enquiries in person, via phone, and email in a timely manner.</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.</li><li>Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocations.</li><li>Handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Maintain front desk records, reports, and guest information accurately.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.</li><li>Excellent command of English, written and verbal.</li><li>Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li><li>Good organisational and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Additional Qualifications (considered an advantage)<ul><li>Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul> ​​​​​​​Salary:&nbsp;€1,300 net x 12 months + 1 additional salary as a bonus If you are interested please apply here: https://recruitcrm.io/apply/17775404666290061567ruK
