CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a market-leading provider of inbound VoIP numbers and outbound SIP trunking services, with global operations, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Account Executive to join their growing team based in Larnaca.&nbsp;In this role, you&nbsp;will build and close new business opportunities by qualifying leads, building trust, identifying needs, and presenting solutions. Our client is seeking applicants who possess at least 2+ years of sales experience, ideally gained working for a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, or within the Fintech and/or Forex domains. An attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, comprehensive private medical insurance, and&nbsp;hybrid working options.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Navigate through C-level and maintain strong relationship with the accounts.</li><li>Build and close new business by qualifying leads, building trust and relationships, identifying needs, and presenting solutions.</li><li>Create net-new business opportunities by identifying target clients and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.</li><li>Generate leads by managing and participating in outbound campaigns, active networking, and partner relationship building.</li><li>Cultivate lasting business relationships with customers through consultative sales tactics and effective account management practices.</li><li>Participate in conferences.</li><li>Participate in on-site product presentations.</li><li>Devise new tactics, propose and execute outbound campaigns (or make adjustments to existing campaigns if necessary) in collaboration with Marketing and Executives.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:<ul><li>A love for closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement.</li><li>Self-driven, internal motivation and drive to succeed in a goal-driven position.</li><li>2+ years of sales experience in SaaS/tech or Fintech/Forex sales is highly desirable.</li><li>Previous experience of C-level sales pitches.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Assertive, persuasive, and persistent.</li><li>Commercially aware.</li><li>Passionate about technology.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:<ul><li>Highly attractive remuneration package.</li><li>Comprehensive private medical insurance.</li><li>Hybrid working options.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li></ul> To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG9075.
