The successful candidate will join the Company’s Advisory team, with a primary focus on restructuring services. In addition, the Candidate will involve participation in other other advisory ad-hoc projects including sustainability- advisory. The candidate will support and empower clients in developing and implementing broader business transformation initiatives including business and debt restructuring, strategic planning, sustainability strategies and reporting etc.&nbsp;The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to support financial advisory engagements, with a strong focus on restructuring, insolvency, and strategic business transformation. This role involves providing advisory services to corporate and individual clients, contributing to financial recovery, operational improvement, and long-term value creation. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li dir="ltr">Lead financial analysis, including assessment of financial position, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting</li><li dir="ltr">Drive restructuring and turnaround engagements, including drafting and implementing restructuring and debt settlement plans</li><li dir="ltr">Prepare business plans, expansion strategies, and advisory proposals for clients</li><li dir="ltr">Conduct independent business reviews, performance monitoring, and viability assessments</li><li dir="ltr">Develop financial models, perform business valuations, and advise on capital structure</li><li dir="ltr">Provide advisory support on Cyprus insolvency matters, including involvement in liquidations and receiverships</li><li dir="ltr">Advice on pricing, costing, and profitability optimization strategies</li><li dir="ltr">Involvement in sustainability transformation projects and reporting.</li></ul>&nbsp;The RequirementsThe successful applicant should be a newly qualified professional accountant (ACA/ACCA) with excellent verbal, technical, analytical and communication skills who is driven to learn and to progress quickly.
