Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of a client, is seeking a Freight Forwarder to support and coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding activities across different sectors in Limassol.&nbsp;If you enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment, coordinating shipments with precision, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved, this role is for you.&nbsp;What you will do<ul><li>Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations, including import and export shipments.</li><li>Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, agents and carriers.</li><li>Prepare, review and process shipping documentation (BLs, invoices, packing lists, pre-alerts, delivery orders).</li><li>Monitor shipment progress, proactively follow up on pending matters and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, agents, shipping lines and internal departments.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely updating of shipment files and systems, particularly Freight Plus.</li><li>Identify and resolve issues, escalating where necessary to minimize delays and errors.</li><li>Maintain high service quality and contribute positively to the team’s workflow.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we are looking for<ul><li>Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding.</li><li>Good understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;(bookings, pre-alerts, delivery orders) with client coordination experience.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital systems.</li><li>Freight Plus knowledge is a must.</li><li>Fast and accurate handling of shipment files with timely follow-up with agents, shipping lines, and clients.</li><li>Highly organised, disciplined, and deadline-focused with a proactive mindset.</li><li>Clear communication with proper escalation when required.</li><li>Focus on reducing delays, errors, and open cases while contributing to team efficiency and service quality.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package based on experience, with an indicative gross monthly salary range of EUR 1,500 – 2,000</li><li>Opportunity to work with international clients and partners.</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment.</li><li>Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth within the organization.</li></ul>
