This role combines partnership management, content strategy, and AI-driven search visibility to strengthen our presence across high-authority&nbsp;publisher&nbsp;and media websites.&nbsp;&nbsp;You will focus on building and scaling performance-driven partnerships that enhance brand authority, improve visibility in AI-powered search and Large Language Models (LLMs), and drive long-term revenue growth within the online trading and financial services space.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-authority publisher and media partners (e.g.&nbsp;comparison sites, review platforms, financial publishers)&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to optimisation and long-term growth&nbsp;</li><li>Build strong relationships with website owners, editors, and media stakeholders&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Negotiate commercial agreements and secure high-impact placements and visibility opportunities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support partner activation through insights, recommendations, and performance-driven strategies&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Content Marketing to create and optimise partner-facing content for search and AI visibility&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and adapt content such as platform reviews, product descriptions, and financial content for partner websites&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of brand and product information across all partner platforms&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor partner deliverables and ensure alignment with contractual agreements and performance expectations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Track and analyse partner performance (traffic quality, conversions, revenue, visibility) and identify growth opportunities&nbsp;</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve positioning in rankings, comparison tables, and editorial placements&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Main requirements:<ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field&nbsp;</li><li>2+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or media partnerships (ideally in fintech, financial services, crypto, or similar industries)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with AI/LLM-driven content optimisation or strong interest in this space&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of online trading platforms, financial markets, and digital acquisition models&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship management skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive performance&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple partnerships and agreements simultaneously&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>High attention to detail, especially in contract and deliverable tracking&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)&nbsp;</li></ul>Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive&nbsp;remuneration&nbsp;package plus performance related reward&nbsp;</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Corporate pension fund</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities&nbsp;</li></ul>The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You<ul><li>Let’s&nbsp;Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition</li><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team</li><li>Bring It to Life – Role-Specific Take-Home Task</li><li>Get Closer – Second Interview with the Future Team&nbsp;</li></ul><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://jobs.eu.lever.co/xm/a6d7f794-3001-41a7-b92e-79cfd0aa8fb0?lever-origin=applied&amp;lever-source%5B%5D=ergodotisi">APPLY HERE</a>All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
